Refunds and Returns
- Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving returned items.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Items with manufacturing faults are accepted up to 12 months post-receipt, subject to studio inspection and potential repair.
- Non-Returnable Items: Bespoke or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Costs: Original shipping fees, as well as international customs duties/taxes, are non-refundable.
- Reporting: Damages must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery.
